Terms and Conditions
- Support will be provided from an agreed date, for a minimum provision of three occasions, unless agreed otherwise.
- Basic information will be required from you which is necessary to provide the required support. Non-compliance may cause delay or inappropriate support to be given, for which we will not be liable.
- In the event of any problems arising, please contact 07486600790 as soon as is reasonably possible and please give reasonable opportunity to remedy any problem.
- Fees for 30 minutes are £10 or £16 for the first hour. Hourly rate of £16 or £8 for 30 minutes apply pro rata for the first 4 hours. Fees will be £10 per hour thereafter.
- Charges for extra support e.g. house-sitting or respite care outside normal working hours to be discussed on an individual basis depending on the level of support required.
- Invoices will be provided for the 28th of the month and payment, as agreed, expected by 14th (e.g. an invoice dated 28th February would be due for payment by 14th March).
- Planned support for 4 weeks or less will be invoiced in advance.
- Any disputes over invoice, in good faith, should be discussed within 7 days of receipt.
- Journeys greater than 8miles will be will be charged at 35p per mile (e.g. Frome to RUH, and return, approx. 22miles. The first 8 miles =£0, the remaining 14 miles at 35p a mile = £4.90p added to your invoice).
- Any changes to charges will be notified 2 months in advance.
- Any event which is beyond our reasonable control, which affects the support being provided for you, will be notified to you as soon as is reasonably possible. In that circumstance, where possible, alternative arrangements will be made.
